1) How many leads can I expect from each caller?

This depends on the area where you are running your campaigns. Some areas are more competitive and require more dials for every lead generated. On average however, each caller should be generating 1 to 2 new qualified leads per working day.

2) Do I have to pull my own data and skip trace it prior to sending it to you?

Yes. This is the most common option that our affiliates choose. This ensures your buy box criteria is being dialled. We will send you reports showing how this data is performing to let you know if you need to adjust it.

If you need us to get you data for your specific area and skip trace It, we can do this at an extra cost. Contact us to go over this option in detail.

3) Do I need to hire a leads manager to have them listen to recorded calls before receiving the leads?

No. We have an in-house quality assurance manager assigned to your campaign listening to all recorded calls and sending the qualified leads straight to you / your CRM at no extra cost.

4) How many leads does it take to close a Deal?

With our qualified outbound leads, you should be closing 1 deal for every 35- 40 leads. Skilled closers are in the mid 30s and Novice Closers are in the high 40s. But you should not be any higher.
If you are, we will audit your account and listen to your Sales calls, guide you and let you know where you need to improve. If it is a Data problem or an Acquisition problem we will figure out what needs to be done to get you back on track.

5) Can I receive the recorded calls for the qualified leads you send me

Yes. However, it is not recommended. This seems to get your closers to pre-judge the lead which we advise against. Treat every lead the same and you will close more deals!

6) Is the Initial set up fee a one time Payment ?

Yes, you will pay it one time. If you decide to upgrade to the next level package, you will not be charged again and will only be required to pay the difference. If you do cancel the membership and then decide to initiate it again, you will be charged for the set up again.

7) Do you do Live Transfers ?

Absolutely! We will message you immediately if the seller is hot and ready to speak to the closer. If you are ready to take the call, we will live transfer it to you!

8) Can I start off with one caller only? It’s just me calling the leads.

The smallest package we offer is 2 callers. This is to ensure that you are receiving enough leads weekly to get results. The more you call the better you will get and the more deals you will close.

9) Why is there a minimum 60-day commitment?


Great Question. Wholesaling is a Very lucrative business, but it is not a get rich quick scheme. It takes time, skill and commitment to start seeing results. Put in the effort and the time and always play to win.
